The intended flow is phone number, verification code, then membership and card. Email is optional contact information, never a sign-in credential, and does not require confirmation. Existing information is preserved; no new account is created without phone verification. After five paid coffee purchases confirmed by staff, the sixth coffee is free. Staff confirm purchases and redeem each gift once. Customers cannot edit their balance. Existing gifts are preserved. Birth dates support a birthday coffee and croissant benefit; automatic messaging is not active. You access your own account. Authorised staff can look up members, check cards and redeem benefits; authorised managers manage the club and promotions. An unverified contact phone does not grant access to old balances or staff permissions. Supabase provides authentication and the database; Vercel hosts the site. Sign-in cookies maintain your session. The PWA caches public assets, never your private membership card. The embedded Google Maps map is subject to Google's privacy policy. Instagram links open an external service. Marketing consent is optional. SMS/WhatsApp and automated email delivery providers are not connected. Existing preferences are retained without sending messages. To end membership, correct data, change consent or request deletion, contact the café at 052-792-8290 or in person. Information is used to administer membership; staff review deletion requests and any business or security records that need to be retained. You can browse and buy without joining.
